This is a very good copy of the rare first edition, first impression of Tom Bombadil. Includes first impression points including "13s, 6d net" price on jacket and the Cat illustration located in the Fastitocalon poem, which is listed AFTER Cat in the table of contents.

Book is in very good condition with rubbing to the top edge and a shallow dent in the fore-edge of both covers. Interior is clean and bright. In a good original dust jacket with edge wear and some chipping to the top edge. Slight discoloration at the edges of the dust jacket. Jacket is protected in a mylar cover.
